Caitlin paints weddings — live, on the day, in front of guests.

She had a website, under a thousand Instagram followers, and could make content land when she posted. Bookings came in — but never consistently.

The website was the real issue: messy layout, too many things to click, no clear journey from landing to enquiring, and nothing on the page that actually moved a bride from curious to convinced.

Most would visit, leave confused, then DM asking "what are your prices?" — questions the site should have already answered. Caitlin was doing the website's job manually, answering the same questions on repeat instead of painting.

We set out to understand what a bride needs to know and believe before she'll enquire — because every business is different, and the page has to be built around that specific buyer's decision.
